We’ll send you a comprehensive catalogue featuring all available parcels of land, allowing you to make an informed choice.

3. Review the Subdivision Map:

Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll provide you with an updated subdivision map of the land.

4. Arrange a Site Visit:

Send a trusted representative—whether a parent, sibling, spouse, or friend—for a site visit to verify the land’s existence and confirm all details.

5. Submit Your Documentation:

Upon your approval, we’ll request your identification documents, including a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, and three passport-sized photos. Scanned documents can be sent via email.

6. Sign the Sale Agreement:

We’ll send you a sale agreement to complete and sign, formalizing the purchase.

7. Begin Payments

Make payments as per the sale agreement using your preferred mode of payment.

8. Receive Your Ownership Certificate

Once payments are complete, you or your representative will receive an ownership certificate in both hard and soft copy.

9. Title Deed Processing:

Your Title Deed will be processed without any additional charges for title transfer. You’ll receive the deed either in person or via your representative with a signed authorization letter from an attorney. A soft copy can also be provided.
